Within Australia:

Free domestic shipping within Australia.

Outside of Australia:

International shipping is offered at a flat rate fee of $14.00. All products are shipped with DHL Worldwide.

RETURNS

Products incorrectly delivered products (wrong design, style/colour/sizes) or those with defects will be replaced or reprinted. A photo clearly showing the defect or incorrect order is required and must be sent to adrian@thecruiseandtravelguy.com.au

In this event, you can keep the defective or incorrectly sent goods.

Due to the custom nature of each item, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but isn't limited to:

• Preference for another size
• Dissatisfaction with colour selection
